First Nations Bridge to Care - First Nations Care Support Service will provide a strength based culturally appropriate
response to:
- NDIS Service - we provide specialist services for Individuals, children through to young adults, and their families, living with a disability and/or mental health disorder
Assist personal activities • Assist-travel/transport • Daily tasks/shared living development-life skills • Participate in community and group/center activities
- First Nations Care Support Service Residential Service (Short Term- Long term - Emergency placements) provide an out-of-home care option for children and young people with multiple and complex needs.
First Nations Care Support Service residential group homes have placements for up to 5 and are facilitated by First Nations staff and is aimed at actively facilitating cultural healing, trauma - informed therapeutic practice and recovery from the effects of abuse, neglect and separation from family and community homelands,

First Nations Care Support Service facilitates positive culturally appropriate engagement and collaboration with all stakeholders.
Our staff have current police checks nationally with current blue cards, current NDIS workers screening checks
In addition, First Nations Care Support Service aims to assist in improving participation and engagement in decision-making of Aboriginal &Torres Strait Islander families involved in statutory systems to ensure their physical, social, emotional, cultural and spiritual needs of their children / families are being met.
